This house is located in Privanza del Mar, Xcalacoco. Drive time to El centro Playa del Carmen is 15-20 min., 5 min. to the beautiful Carribean beach and a couple of restaurants and about 5-10 min. to a large mall with a movie theater and many shops. Cancun airport is 30-40 min. away.
Privanza del Mar is a gated community with 24/7 security. Safe for children to run free, skate and ride bikes. In the center is a gorgeous and large swimming pool. huge palapa for parties, soccer field, volleyball and swing sets and toys for the young ones. Around the pool are hammocks and many loung chairs.
